<p><span style="font-size: 120%;">The course length is approximately 8 hours and is held both weekends and weekdays, as well as flexible evening hours during the week spread over two days.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 120%;">**Women-only classes are held periodically throughout the year.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 120%;">This course is ideal for someone who is a new beginner and/or novice shooter who would like to learn basic pistol safety and defensive skills, leading them to get their Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit.</span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-size: larger;">Once you are qualified, you will need to go down to your local DMV(Department&nbsp;of Motor Vehicles)&nbsp;with your Handgun Carry Class certificate, a certified copy of your birth certificate and $115 in cash.&nbsp;</span><strong><span style="font-size: larger;">(Make sure you do this within 6 months of taking the class, as&nbsp;your certificate&nbsp;will&nbsp;be expired after that).</span>&nbsp; </strong></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-size: larger;">Once you're done at the DMV, you have to register online or over the phone with L1 for your fingerprints. (The DMV should&nbsp;give you more information about your fingerprints ex. the phone number and Website of L1).</span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-size: larger;">After you're registered in L1, you can come down to&nbsp;our&nbsp;Hendersonville store, where we have a fingerprinting station, and get fingerprinted. (Fingerprinting is included in the $115 you pay at the DMV).</span></span></span></span></span></li>
